How do I order on your website?

When you find an item that you want to buy, just click on the Add To Cart button and that item is then added to your shopping basket. When you have added all the items you want to buy, you simply click on the Checkout link in the Shopping Cart panel at the top of the page. This shows all the items in your shopping basket and gives you an opportunity to delete items if you wish. Once you are happy with your selections, you proceed to our secure order form where you enter your personal details. You are then taken to our bank's fully secure payment page to enter your Visa or Mastercard information and, if the charge is approved by your bank, we despatch the goods to you.

Do I need to have an account and/or log in to place an order?

You do not have to have an account or log into your account to make a purchase from our website. However if you do log into your account, your name and address details are automatically added to your Checkout form. Account holders are also able to view all their past orders, add items to a Wishlist for future reference, and receive member discount offers by email every 6 to 8 weeks.

What name will appear on my credit card or bank statement?

You will be billed as SIMPLY THE BEST BENALMADENA ES SPAIN. Your card will be charged immediately after purchase. The word "porn", "adult dvd" or "sex toy" will NOT appear on your card statement - only SIMPLY THE BEST BENALMADENA ES SPAIN will appear.

What currency will my card be charged in?

All of our prices and all card charges we make are in British Pounds Sterling (£). If your card or bank account uses a different currency, your own bank will convert our GBP £ charge into your own currency.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

When your order is approved by your bank, within a few minutes you will receive an email from orders@simply-adult.com confirming your order. You will also receive a second email when your order is despatched. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and - if the email has been treated as spam by your email provider - please mark it as Not Spam  If you are still having problems receiving emails from us, please refer to our Email Problems page.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa (Debit, Electron or Credit) and Mastercard (Debit or Credit). We do not accept American Express or Paypal - Paypal do not allow their services to be used for the purchase of adult items. UK customers also have the option of ordering by mail and paying by UK cheque, UK postal order, or UK cash. Full details are below.

Can I order by telephone, fax or mail?

You can telephone us with your order, your full name and address, and your credit card details on UK 0161 408 3502.

You can write out your order, including your full name and address and credit card details, and fax it to us at UK 0207 900 3622.

Please note that we cannot accept cheques or cash in any currency other than UK British Pounds.

How do you secure credit card payments?

We use one of the most reliable and secure payment systems available on the Internet. You do not enter your card information on our website - when you are ready to pay, our shopping cart transfers you to a secure page hosted directly on our bank's servers. It is on that page that you enter your card details - this means that your card information is seen only by our bank and not by ourselves.

I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by no later than 10am UK time the morning after you placed the order (10am Monday for orders placed at the weekend). We may then be able to halt despatch of your order and process an immediate refund to your card.

If you contact us after an order has been despatched, we can only process a refund if your order is returned to us unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense.


How soon will I receive my order?

You should receive your complete order within 7-14 days. Occasionally mail services can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your full order 21 days after you placed the order (28 days for orders outside of UK/Europe).
