What emails will I receive when ordering from Simply Adult?

When your order is approved by your bank, within a few minutes you will receive an email from orders@simply-adult.com confirming your order. You will also receive a second email when your order is despatched. If you have forgotten your password for your account and use our Forgot Password facility, you will receive an email within a few minutes with your password.

If you do not receive any of these emails, and you are sure that you entered your correct email address when you ordered or registered, please read on.

Why don't I receive email notifications from Simply-Adult?

If you are missing emails from Simply Adult, please check your email account's Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. If the message was filtered, you may find an option for the email to Mark As Good or Add Sender To White-List. This will aid in receiving future emails from us.

You can also try these additional steps:

1. Check your Spam/Junk email folder.

Sometimes, certain email clients (especially fsmail, fsnet, freeserve, and ntlworld) do not recognize or refuse email from simply-adult.com. If you find Simply Adult messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add orders@simply-adult.com and admin@simply-adult.com to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize Simply Adult emails and deliver them to your Inbox.

2. Firewall, ISP Content Filter, or Server Email Security Policy

Check that your firewall or virus scan is not blocking the email notifications. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ask that emails from the simply-adult.com domain are added to the email whitelist (safe sender) to ensure that our messages are not blocked.

3. Incorrectly typed email address:

Log into your account and check your Profile or your last order to make sure you have entered your correct email address. Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable.

4. If you are using Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or Hotmail, you can try the additional steps below:

Yahoo! Mail
1. Login to your Yahoo! Mail account
2. In your Spam folder, click the email from Simply Adult to select it.
3. Then click Not Spam, which is above the list of emails

Gmail
1. Login to your Gmail account
2. Click Contacts
3. Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager
4. Enter orders@simply-adult.com in the email field and in the email field.
5. Click the Add button to save
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 using admin@simply-adult.com as the new contact
7. Alternatively, you can mark a message from Simply Adult as Not Spam, and your Contacts list should be automatically updated so that future messages from us are received in your inbox.

Windows Live Hotmail
1. Login to your Windows Live Hotmail account
2. Go to Options > More options > Junk e-mail > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders
3. Add @simply-adult.com to the field labeled Sender Or Domain To Mark As Safe on your Safe Senders page and then click the Add To List button
4. Messages from simply-adult.com should not then be sent to the junk e-mail folder.
