I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by no later than 10am UK time the morning after you placed the order (10am Monday for orders placed at the weekend). We may then be able to halt despatch of your order and process an immediate refund to your card.

If you contact us after an order has been despatched, we can only process a refund if your order is returned to us unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense,
and non-dvd returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

I have received a faulty dvd.

Faulty dvds are very rare, but if you do receive a defective disc please return it to us. We will then speedily get a replacement dvd to you. However before you return a defective dvd, please read the Dvd Format Info section of this website to ensure that your dvd player is correctly set to play the disc you suspect may be faulty. Please note that we can only replace defective discs with a new copy of the SAME title.

Faulty dvds should be returned, securely packed with a letter detailing the reason for return, and sent to:-

PLEASE ONLY RETURN THE DISC & COLOUR COVER. DO NOT RETURN THE DVD CASE.
