When Julius' father, Bartram Franklin, passes away, Julius (Dillon Diaz) is shocked that within his dad's vast portfolio of investments is the Briar Basin Ranch - a popular gay bed and breakfast. Julius takes his wife to check it out. When they arrive, they're greeted by Richie (Dakota Payne), Bartram's hospitality assistant.
