I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by no later than 10am UK time the morning after you placed the order (10am Monday for orders placed at the weekend). We may then be able to halt despatch of your order and process an immediate refund to your card.
If you contact us after an order has been despatched, we can only process a refund if your order is returned to us unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense, and non-dvd returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
I have received a faulty dvd.
Faulty dvds are very rare, but if you do receive a defective disc you will be asked to return it to us. We will then speedily get a replacement dvd to you. Please note that we can only replace defective discs with a new copy of the SAME title.
You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation and the address to return your faulty dvd to.
